Returns were super easy for me. I had to send back a hoodie that was a bit too big and they processed it quick. Just make sure it's unworn and within the timeframe, I think it's 30 days.

From my experience, they definitely run on the generous side. I usually wear a medium and got a small in their crewneck and it's still perfectly oversized. Don't size up if you want it big, just stick to your normal or even size down one.

Yeah, I agree with above. I normally wear a large and got a large, and it's super comfy and roomy without being *too* big. Like, it's meant to be oversized, you know? Not drowning in it.
